Well Ticketmaster only gets a certain number of tickets, others go to the venues box office and then some to smaller companies like Cityside.

The thing I like about Cityside is that they safely sell unneeded tickets from consumers. No scalping, or meeting someone from Craigslist, they sell them straight off the website.
