I am almost sure ema is right that the machines used to count the dinars will track and log the numbers. There wouldn't even be rumors on something like that unless it were true. I should hear back from my friend in a couple of days and I will def post my findings. Keep in mind the technology today. I have a epson rx680 HD printer. For giggles my kids scanned a 5 dollar bill not photocopied. A scan gives better resolution. I had some really nice resume paper they did it on. Similar to the texture of real money. It actually copied the marks and you could see a faint line where the srip would be. Now this was a printer I picked up for 59 bucks. So you can imagine what even better printers can do. All in all the best bills anywhere are the ones with the holograms built in because you cannot copy them.
