I was told that the DeLarue or Talaris machines used to count and verify IQD were Internet capable and that the security strips log the serial numbers in real time as the bills pass through the machine.
Is this true?
I was also told they have all of the serial numbers (most) of all of the stolen dinar and that this is how they will detect the stolen money is by the verification machines.
I bought my Dinar from Scotia Bank, two or three years before. I have just checked the paper work they gave me along with IQD. The receipt contains Ticket # only. May be the bank has some info related to the IQD they sold me linked to that number. It does not show any indication that will certify that these are the same dinars those I bought from the bank and not the fake ones circulating in the market. In any case I'm sure the IQD, they sold to me are the right ones.
