Agreed. The idea I had in mind was that if no settlement is reached Venable could carry on with it's argument to go forward with the ideas proposed by them in last hearing. Ammo, in other words.
It may be worth watching how JPM common pps performs compared to market this week. JPM has a current market cap of $170B. The settlement numbers talked about on this Board could have a material effect on either their market cap or O/S or both. The JPM pps might be an early indicator of a settlement. Just a thought.
