And yet it happens with BB stocks every day with no enforcement from the SEC. The SEC could care less about enforcement of rules with BB stock, BB stocks are more of a thorn in their a$$ than anything. Every once I a while an extreme situation occurs in which they get involved but other than that rare occurrence you see supposedly leaked information on these boards as it pertains to BB stocks every day.
How am I truly aware of this if i got this information on the internet in a chat room? I have no way of knowing if he really works for a Bank or not. Is posting information I find out from people in chat rooms legal or illegal?
