That's a good question. I don't know if the company will put out a PR stating that the SEC has approved the shares and "put them on the shelf" or not.
I would imagine that they would have to notify us if NNVC went ahead and used any or all of those shares, but I don't know that for sure either.
Either way, I think it was a smart move that will benefit us in a huge way. It's one more arrow in a well stocked quiver.....no, wait...it's more like a stronger bow to launch those arrows!
