Padilla isn't new...his is the name that was used for the original Envirotek corporate filings in Nevada. At one time we had wondered if he was Calif. State Senator 'Alex Padilla' but that is 'not' the case , as was confirmed w/RT.
A.P. is a partner in the firm. I knew of his existence but was not aware of his role until now....being currently listed as the "acting" CEO.
To the best of my knowledge , RT as President , is the #1 primary director....the 'face of ENTK.
Eric Von now appears 2 be #2 in line.......w/ A.P. being the primary financier is my best guess.

i dont believe entk actually ever called RT the CEO. He was always the president, and if you check the nevada sos site, he was always listed as president, not ceo. Alex Padilla was always listed as the Director, which usually means he's the CEO. Although, I'm just a stupid surfer. You may want to check with the king of the entk board, uh, that'd be bigbake1. He seems to know all about the company, and is positive its not even a company. Anyway, many on the board for months have been calling him the CEO, but I never saw anywhere that the company called him the CEO. However, I am probably wrong. I usually am.

Chairman! That means Alex Padilla is the mystery and the man.

Glad he's not the CA Senator but don't mind the confusion especially is some of the municipalities we do business with assume he is ;)
