You are kidding, right? Just like every other LOP in history the 000 notes will become invalid currency and they will need to be exchanged for the new non-000 notes. In my case I bought my Dinar through Fifth Third Bank. When I cash them in Fifth Third Bank will pay me the LOP'ed value for my notes and exchange them with the CBI.
The CBI will continue to exchange these notes indefinately, just as the U.S. still honors the $1,000 bill even though it hasn't circulated in decades.
I don't understand why you asked this question as it is the most simplistic part of the entire LOP process.
