Well if history repeats itself this stock tends to be the one that goes down on news. I think the reason is that its a pink sheet and 90% or more of the share holders just want to flip it on typical PR pumps. Everytime SRSR puts out news you can hardly understand it.
Epic would be JV, buyout, private funding, production, or maybe even just a simple(not so simple) "yes we are compliant on all fronts now".
