When someone knows whats going on, they have no reason to like problems and bad business management.
When that same person sees a change, they can also say things are looking better and moving in a much better direction.
I'm sure you know as well as I do that things are much better today than they were just 2,3,4,5 months ago.
Having $$$$ in hand to work with allows the mill to start production again.
Production means revenue.
The new mods at the mill will make a huge difference in the profits.
