I understand your point of view, and you are right about some things, but, when I referred to the SEC, I was talking about the big dogs, they are part of the problem, not of the solution, there is too much money involved, why they never stopped with the naked short selling? Because they do not want.
Brokers, foreign hedge funds, SEC, MMs, etc, etc are all part of the problem.
