OK Type in www.sfc.hk and search for Excel Era Limited.

When finished with that search try Tsuing Hsi Wang who is
alledged to be either CEO or Pres of Excel.

From the 8K and/or PR:

A. About Excel Era Limited

"with over $200 Billion under management, our range of services include (a) asset management (b) project financing ..."

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) Hong Kong's website
states, and they confirmed by e-mail, that: #9 Asset Management.
THE COMPANY OR INDIVIDUAL MUST APPLY TO THE SFC FOR A LICENSE.

Neither Excel nor Mr Wang are registered/licensed. Hence, how can they possibly be managing $200 Billion in assets?

The SFC also provided other info including how to file a formal
complaint. I have about had it with Tobin Smith's attitude and that of his followers.

analyze, this thing about the HK securities commission and Excel Era Limited's license is nothing but a red herring brought up by someone who lacks the most rudimentary basis for interpreting these regulations.

Excel Era is not in violation of any such regulations, period. Whatever the clowns say. Of course, you may not want to take my word for it and that is fine - investigate yourself if you like. But I have no doubts, none whatsoever.
