Restricted stock can be sold after being held for 6 months but a Form 144 with intent to sell must be filed with the SEC and an attorney's letter from the company is necessary.

I still think that there will be a huge selloff. Luckily, the huge spike provided those without the buy hold and buy more mentality to make good $$$.
