NASSCO does not, has never, and never will file 6K's. They are part of General Dynamics which of course is a US company.

Foreign corps file 6K's and those filings you see were made by Companhia Siderurgica Nacional, which in English is National Steel Company of Brazil which trades as SID on the NYSE and it's ADR's are quoted on Pink OTC.

That's the third company name with National Steel in it that has been part of the confusion and mix up.

Pink OTC corrected their site this morning, I expect OTC BB will sooner or later and I suspect the OTC BB and SEC will wake up one of the days and bounce NSTLQ to the Pinks.

Question still remains, who the heck has been paying for the realtime L2 quotes at Pink OTC site and why?
