Fuze sent me a message and this is what he claims which I do believe to be true!
"I, myself have personal contact with Eric the CEO of TDGI (Hannover). Also, I have quite a few investor friends who are in this stock and I was told about it by one of them who emailed Eric today and confirmed that the AS is getting changed today."
