I have already posted this in detail but here is the short again.

There are other uses for the 20 bil shares than just dilution. For example they could have been created to turn into Series A or B shares in exchange for capital to carry objectives. Read about denbenture finaincing and how it works and you will see the signs this could be possible with HESG if the 20 bil has not entered the float. All this depends on if in fact he has carried out other objectives besides the one that we know about. which I think is possible that he could have. You don't have to agree

But hey it's my theory and you have yours, and I do not discourage you form having your theory. I just at this moment see more signs supporting mine IMO and as you pointed out an RS would be useless.
