Yes it happens often, this is the first time where I've seen it happen with two NYSE quoted stocks getting confused with a shell that is quoted BB despite having terminated their registration in 2004 and not filing since.
I let Knobias know and perhaps they'll fix the OTC BB site.
OTC BB site has the proper filings, but screwed up news and company profile.
