Is it a good practice to buy high? Is there enough volume to trade shares needed, to reach your trade goal?
If your investing long, not so important.

BUT

If swing trading:
Rule #1 "Never chase a running stock"

Going to have to make this a rule.
Trade what you want, not what's in front of you.

It might test the support (former resistance) at just below $4.00 again. That would be when I would take a shot. If it's any good, $3.50 should hold. If not, sayonara. You could set up a trade that would risk less than .25 and gain dollars. Not bad.
