Well...I'm guessing the "any more emergencies" would have resulted in an appeal of some sort so that everyone could file their confidentiality motions....that's been done. This is clear sailing for a ruling, IMO! It's been argued, briefed, and simmering for a while. We know she was about ready to let it go the last time out but Clark took another minute to readjust the wedge out of unmentionable places.
Given some semblance of a due process, you just can't let these things lay around forever. There is "some" obligation to move things along in an orderly manner. Unless JMW can smell the wet print of settlement...she will rule...all IMO!
