Pam - one of my projects for the weekend is to tally up the short shares from each day of trading. I will post it when I have it.
As for strategies, I am no expert! Monk is a better person to ask than me. But as for my personal strategy, as of right now it's to sell shares in small blocks above the ask so the MMs have to move up and get them, and the run can continue. All of my blocks will be 10,000 shares or so. I currently plan to start selling just over $2.00, but that might move up depending on how things play out.
With that said, again I suggest you talk to Monk, or Ex-Blockman or LoneGrey and ask their advice, and then make the decision based on what you feel comfortable with.
