Mickey, the thought occurred to me that perhaps Bill N. is using a vote on the poison pill to determine whether the new Idcc management has any consideration for his own investor's money. So that is why I ask what options the board has in the case of a vote on the poison pill. I agree with your earlier post that the old Idcc management put the poison pill in place strictly for its own benefit. Maybe Bill N. is trying to get a feel for whose interests the new management regime represents. Granted they are for themselves foremost. But do they have any consideration for others who also have a financial stake in this company.
