Your question did not seem negative at all. Anyone not in a commercial or industrial job would have probably never heard of MSC, but those in the field knows the company well. If you need something, they are likely to have it
Good Luck with this I think it will do well It will take some time

Really so you dont want in depth information on the company from the 10K and the corporate website which explains who they sell to like I provided? You would rather someone just come on here and say they sell to "industry".

Go figure.

Here is some more very basic DD.

http://www.greenbridgeindustries.com/

Check out the NEW 2010 Natures Solution(TM) product brochure featuring eco-friendly cleaning products exclusively sold through MSC Direct.
http://www1.mscdirect.com/images/solutions/ns_brochure.pdf

See how safe the Natures Solution(TM) products are, and how they measure up to other cleaners in the market.

Type in "Natures Solution" in the search box to see how many products are sold and to see pictures of the products.

Check out why it was important for GRBG to receive certification on some of their Natures Solution products.
NSF Certification - Why is this important?

Take the time to understand who's involved with a company and such, not the bios written by themselves, but their past involvements.

Take a look at business handlings and results (in filings). GRBG management make fat salaries (6 figures) and made a plethora of acquisitions, some very questionable imo.

Take a look at share structure. The preferred to common conversion isn't a 1:1 ratio. Also, O/S has gone up 100 million this past month. There has been no updated filing indicating shares have been sold/registered (Form D).

There is more, I kinda talk about the other side of the coin here. PRs are fairly easy to write, effective business execution is time consuming and hard work.

Good luck
