Unless the Judge signs off and allows the report to be released through the court, no one will ever see it. It is sealed under court order. Portions may be released, however any disclosure that has signed stipulations may never be seen, and they could be the ones that are most benificial to the reorganization of Lehmans as a standalone Company again.JMO
