#24096 RE: jhnvtjll #24075

QASP had successfully closed $350M and QASP is great undervalued stock,IMHO.

The reasons are as below:

(1)The PR of 02/09/10 stated that increased A/S from 750M to 1.5B for the funding of the balance of our $350,000,000 financing requires us to issue Class B non-voting shares equal to forty percent of the total outstanding common stock to the lender.

(2)The PR of 11/18/09 stated “Mark Lundquist, a Philadelphia based attorney and Senior Vice President for Strategic Planning for Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc., stated, "This primary funding instrument will provide a $350 million cash infusion into Quasar. Closing documents are being prepared and closing is scheduled for mid-December." The funds from the transaction will be transferred to Quasar's as lump sum, upon the execution of the final documents. The funding transaction is structured as a loan, the proceeds of which originate as part of a $1 billion bond issued by Inver Finance Ltd., an Irish corporation.

(3)The PR of 01/15/10 stated that "the first two companies were acquired with a combination of cash and notes."

(4)I reasonably believe that QASP had successfully put first 4 acq. together as collateral assets to get "continent Notes by closing $350M" together with Class B non-voting shares having been issued to Inver Finance Ltd, even if some of targets may be delayed during due diligences, i.e. audit and legal DD, etc.

(5)From strategic angel view, QASP disclosed first 2 acq. that trumps disclosing first 4 acq. Because PPS moving up steps by steps is healthier for QASP and its long shareholders, unlike many other penny stocks, i.e. if sharply jumping up to .20 or .50, it would drop quickly, IMHO.

(6)QASP is great undervalued stock, based on $350M funding together with these first four acquisitions of these well established aviation and aerospace related businesses that will add an estimated $150 million to Quasar's revenue and $33 million in EBITDA for the Company's fiscal year 2010 per the PR of 08/26/09. Also, the extra $200 million dollars will allow QASP to close acquisitions #5&6 per the PR of 11/13/09. Someone said QASP has worked on 9 acq; if so, QASP would be much undervalued now, IMHO.

(7) QASP has again worked on shares buy back, of which the evidence is that certain shareholders/MMs help keep PPS lower so as to buy cheap shares by QASP and Dean, IMHO.

QASP created the history of pennyland in the World: QASP is NO. 1 stock that was able to fund $350M in the PinkSheets land history.

The longs will be the big winner as to the shorts, IMHO.

Go QASP! LONG & STRONG!! time to rally, strong buy and hold tight now; see you at .20,.50,or $1,$2 very soon, IMHO.

What do you think? Thanks for sharing.

That is the most important question, jhnvtjll.
I believe the RTGV Reverse Merger will occur this month because the obstacle to closing has recently been remedied. The Merger Agreement called for all parties to be audited to GAAP standards before closing, so that RTGV's resultant company, NMTV, could spring forward with additional acquisitions, reportedly already in the pipeline. At least one of the three companies that comprise ANHL (the UK company RTGV is merging with) has lagged in reaching this rigorous US accounting standard. The elegant solution crafted by CEO Linda Perry and ANHL was to amend the Agreement so the close can go forward, but hold in abeyance the preferred shares exchange until conformity with GAAP. The amended Agreement now recognizes ANHL by its component companies, so that no one company will control NMTV, which eases the GAAP requirements.
The RTGV - ANHL Amended Agreement filed January 20, 2010 states "..it has been decided the close will take place in this quarter."
CEO Perry reaffirmed in her remarks during the February 5th, 2010 Conference Call that it will close, and that it is now "the right deal" for all.
Certainly anything can happen, and it is just this uncertainty that is causing the PPS to languish around .035. I'm convinced it will close imminently and view anything from .035 to .07 as a terrific buying opportunity.
RTGV is my largest holding. I believe it will be a top ihub stock in 2010.
All in my opinion.
