I absolutely agree on the reverse merger concept, but I'm not sure a R/S will be needed, or if it is, it will be a small one. OPS contributed the relationship with the major distributor and the Natures Solutions product line. GRBG contributed Bright Side and the relationship with WOWgreen, not to mention SP. OPS has been in business longer and getting established, but not there yet. GRBG has been wheeling and dealing leading (I think) to some of the "lack of trust" showing in the share price but potentially could play out very well. Seems pretty even between the two entities.
I also like what the PRs are telling us but agree, some numbers would really be nice.
