the FTC is already involved i suspect as SITG has removed a bunch of their claims from the website. unfortunately they have not gone far enough. they are not allowed to use testimonials without disclaimers about it not being tested, results not typical, results my vary etc etc. As to the registration questions. you can contact the EPA directly I posted the direct contact information for the EPA officials that deal with fuels and fuel additives
