I don't quite understand that part.
CMCA, the shell Dent purchased, has been trading on the OTCBB for SEVERAL YEARS. It is trading today. So what's up with this "approval" ?
Getting a new symbol takes a day or two at the most.
In my opinion, they've had plenty of time to complete the Reverse Merger. And now they're telling us it will be another "4 to 5 weeks". Something weird is going on here.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I still don't see one scrap of evidence that CMCA is the target for the Reverse Merger.
What is really bugging me is that someone using the MonkeyRock email/blogs/newsletter, etc., says "It's Official". And we're supposed to accept that?
We need to continue to monitor the Corporate Registration at the State of Delaware Dept of Corporations. I think that's where the "official" switchover to a new name/symbol will show up first.
