The problem I see is the Chapter 11. Yes companys can come out of BK and keep their shares but it is a slim slim chance and I dont see the company giving us any info on what their plans are. It seems to me that if they were going to keep the shares intact that they would let that info out to keep the PPS up. They have not even told us that they are in chapter 11 even though we already know this to be true. These are not actions of a honest company.
