...and there was no break down for the OS as to how many shares were restricted or insider shares but I see nothing wrong with relying on RTs public disclosure of current and recent facts as those are accountable statements and not forward looking statements.
I also learned that we've had no dilution since the last call was made by a member of this board almost 30 days ago. Not a single share!
So the company is paying their bills with their own revenues IMO.
And since TA is not gagged, who is pinksheets to say adequate public information is not available???
