By suggesting our CEO might be dumping shares to pay for things clearly shows you know ever little about our CEO or about our company.

The whole reason why we worked so hard to secure the 5 million dollar loan was to prevent us from increasing the O?S. Furthermore, we reduced our O/S from 2 or 3 billion down to 730 million to prevent any further diultion.

The track record for the CEO speaks for it self very well, hes done everything in his power to prevent diluting the common shares and has even spent his own money to preserve the O/S. On top of that he has clearly stated the share structure will not change unless its due to a JV.

So based on all these facts, there is no reason to ever suggest that our CEO might be dumping shares to the market. Hince why I called it a "wild cliam".

If you had done any DD at all you would have known the company retired a large amount of shares recently and secured financing. Your speculating simply revealed your ignorance about the recent developments for this company. When you start using the "D" word, you're going to get a strong response.
