The CEO is not dumping, nore will dump anything in the market. Please don't post such wild cliams here based on nothing. His shares, as are all of the board of directors, are restricted. The money to fund all drilling operations is coming from the 5 million investment we got, not from diluting the common stock. This is not a company that dilutes it's shares to fund stuff.
Our CEO has stated there will be no change to the share structure unless it's needed to secure a JV deal, and that will almost surely be done with prefered stock, not common.
Much due diligence (DD) have been done here by myself and many others much smarter than I here with KATX. I am very confident that we don't have any dilution concerns here with KATX and won't.
I know I've been wrong before, but one can't stereotype all bad experiences from one company to be the same with another. This is what I had to come to realize. KATX has earned much credibility although they still have a ways to go for achieving huge growth.
Still, I think KATX will prove to be one of the best penny stocks around with some of the events that I believe will be unfolding to catch many off guard. I believe that KATX will be one of the few penny stocks that graduate to major levels of trading to really make it big from a "few" avenues of substance. We are much better than fine here with KATX.
