If there was a LOP, it would be an "in country only" exchange for the new replacement currency, with a limited exchange window like 1 - 3 months. So, if there was a LOP, you would most likely have to be there to exchange. So not much chance with this talk that's been going around about maybe 2x or 3x return on a RV after a LOP.
