Thanks. I finally got an answer. I agree to a certain extent, but I think that dilutive damage would be much more than minor since those leveraged assets (from labor intensive businesses) will likely be much less than adequate. I also think that how badly the shareholders would be damaged (should an acquisition ACTUALLY occur) will depend at least partially on the veracity and intentions of management, and that is one of the areas where I definitely have a problem.
