Former employees are still owed lots. Vazquez and Wunderlich are still owed for their settlement and there is over 1 million in debt to vendors.

There is no new team. Don't be dilusional. One no-time CEO and 3 board members who do nothing is all that remains. There is no office, no equipment, no inventory, nothing but IP that has not been maintained.
