AERP-TTR HP/dba Aero Exhaust was not a start-up at the time it went public.
AERP-TTR HP/dba Aero Exhaust was INSOLVENT due to Hunsaker's lack of managerial prowess.

as for the short conspiracy....I see nobody can answer SPRINGROLL'S 'math question'....it is further proof of no meaningful short position IMO.....

as far as anything being in play...LOL.....good luck with that.
And Hunsaker knew what was what before going public...specifically..Hunsaker knew that TTR HP/dba Aero Exhaust was INSOLVENT....after all....The INSOLVENT state of Aero came compliments of Hunsaker himself.....

You refer to Mr. Mccoy as a "coward"?? Based on what?

Would you agree that a "COWARD" is someone who lacks courage in the face of trouble?

hmmm.....AERP was facing TROUBLE ...and CEO/HUNSAKER did what? HE TUCKED TAIL AND RAN!.....

On another note: How many days before the next batch of preferred shares vest?? specifically...the preferred shares given to Flo-Co,LLC by Hunsaker

just thinking out loud

Sorry ... your entire post ignores the fundamental point that AERO always was INSOLVENT and could not generate sales.

Therein lies the reason for its Failure.

For those who kept accumulating shares and
holding for the long long-term in hopes of
some fantasy outcome, will have lost their
entire "investment". No matter what Aero
does next, a reverse-spilt will come,
rendering their shares as worthless as
toilet paper. A high O/S count WILL NOT
attract buyers to a "new" venture...
know what I mean?

Happy trading!
