Nonsensical ramblings of a lunatic madman might pass Reg FD, it just hasn't been tested yet that I know of.

I think PALTALK has been mentioned in litigation as a problem for company officials to be hanging out on... but don't hold me to that. The obvious case I am familiar with (Rufus) had much bigger probelms than what he was saying or typing in a PalTalk chat room.

a ceo's private facebook account does not sound public to me. but i bet it plays well to certain shareholder mentality.

and then the fb post gets put up on a message board...so why the need for private? guess it makes some folks feel like they are ahead of the game, first to hear...definitely first in line for koolaid..:)

i noticed that one of the board members at jbii took his leave from posting at ihub - i thought that was prudent.

that was hilarious when the press releases came out about the bod members on jbii and what three of them are or were ihub posters. congratulations getting handed out - that was a first for me.
