BZTG has a company chatroom where if you're a pain in the butt and tick off the CEO, you get booted. So, in that case, a shareholder wouldn't be privy to any of the juicy lies he tells his minions.

no way FB would pass the test as it is his peronal account and he choses who he allows to see his posts so anything he posts there that is material is in violation, perhaps the same counsel who ok's the accounting funnies advised him on that
