Skunks,
I do not doubt we are moving forward. I have spent 10 years in a major corporation with the same exposure and there is no way in my line of business that this would have worked. We work on hard deadlines, they are done or your done. The auto industry would never work in the sense you are talking about and have talked about in your past posts. When every single product off of the line is worth upwards of 10K to you company, you've spent billions in borrowed/invested cash ahead of time and it takes 3 years to break even on a product before you see a profit from a line things like this do not happen.
That is my perspective and the way we do our business.
I have no issue with things outside of Frank's control, but the biggest thing under his control is communication and taking a more direct approach.
He may be alot of good things and that is obvious from how far we've gotten. But even he has said this himiself(in approximate words), he is no CEO, he is good at what he does and wants to get out. I'm not saying its time for him to get out but if he got someone to help him he would get out faster and be more successful.
I work in a business where there is always an answer, always a yes, and always a fix for a problem. Its still baffling to me with such an incredible idea and the fact we are on the air he cannot sign a major carrier!
He is running out of time, do we think the market can support 2 GLBT stations, doesn't matter, it matters what the carriers will think.
If Logo bombs carriers may shy away from picking up another. Our success, being second to the major carriers, deppends more on Logo than anything else.
If we were there first we control our destiny, if we're second more of it is out of our control.
Those are simple facts that are hard to argue with.
