on the positive side I saw HDSN off the ask for oh 10 seconds today
From my understanding, I was also told that if there ever was a r/s it would only be after all the acquisitions had taken place and the company felt they were in a place to move to the NYSE.
My assumption is at that point the stock would be $2-3 and they would r/s by 1 for 2, or may not need an r/s at all if the stock was higher.
