I have been following it for sometime, and I felt that the $100 MM financing (convertible around $50) will not have a negative impact, the $4 discount from recent high was too much to pass. I also like it as a play on the success of I-pod (or at least the perception, that they are "participants" in that success, a very small part of their business). What has that Mead to do with SYNA, if I may ask?
