Watcherandsee - I not only use the averages but also my 5 market indicators. So knowing what it's capable and seeing the current health of the market I can make a determination to sell or hold. Also the length of the long term trend plays a vital role. If the Monthly Cycle is in it's 24th month, it might not be a good idea to continue to buy long.
That's what I want to add to my system is the number of Daily cycles within a Monthly & Weekly cycle and also the averages of those.
