If you go to the link and look at the first item - the IBM Thinkpad - just under the three-way picture it says "Factory Reconditioned".

I've bought my last two computers from ABS - they have good customer service. One of the reasons I bought from them was because they always gave a 3 year warranty with the machine - from what I understand, they don't do this anymore. Here is their site - I have been very happy with these computers and would buy from them again:
