It's interesting, too, that discontinued operations contributed income this time around, as in a recent quarterly they are the source of significant loss, http://phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=78947&p=irol-newsArticle&ID=1318911

So while going forward this source of income won't be available, this is also true for the legal fees on the expense side. Overall great to see the cash flow (revenue of 60 Million for the month), and you gotta love having the numbers at your finger tips!
