Yes, I don't doubt that the bond was funded. 350 mil. may not be all in the bag til he goes back to chicago IMO. But personally, I suspect it being all done i.e. PR'd within a month. jmho

And to add, watching these PPS movements of a fraction of a cent really does not make any sense to me anymore... I will be just waiting for public confirmation now. Much bigger things to pay attention to. :)
