24 is possible...however...since the words "housing bubble" is being bandied about like there is no tommorow...I would think that since the tide of the bull market floats mosts boats in that direction.....i would think you have to much company looking to short housing stocks.....thus I would think the less risky approach is to get long stocks in oversold territory.. or ...for large percentage gains.....low priced start ups that survived the last bull market correction...all this is my HMO....no guarantees...fwiw....bla bla bla
