I think I've figured it out, at least partly:

As of July 20th, Kinti Minings directors, officers and board members have resigned. All of the African Mining Assets were returned to Kinti Group, Kinti's largest shareholder, in exchange for allowing Kinti Mining to recapitlize itself and acquire an additional property to increase shareholder value.

Kinti Mining has subsequently purchased a mining project located in Guyana, South America.

That "mining project" in Guyana is Fat Frank's Khangolev property. But what happened to all the old directors, officers, and board members?
