The dilution continues and the investment community see's it but denies it exists. How can this continue to occur and investors not ask why? The dilution is imo a type of theft of shareholder money right before our very eyes!! Yet many investors don't seem to be bothered by it?

The OS is racing to 900 million!!! hello????? Is anyone home???

In my opinion, this is starting to look very bad. Now we have over 851 million shares o/s. That means, they've dumped 110 million shares into o/s (and maybe even the float) in a very short time period and we don't even know for sure what the money has been used for.

What's going to happen if we go over that magic 900 million mark? We are nearly there.

There has been no recent information from the company about the loan, acqusitions, anything. We only know from the company is that Dean was supposed to go to Germany and that they've self imposed a PR blackout. Do they just not want to deal with shareholders?

I hate to say it, this is looking worse and worse each day. I certainly hope we have not been scammed. I believe there are others on this board that have a lot more to lose than me on this stock, so I certainly hope for all our sake that all these acquisitions, loan, etc comes through. It's certainly not looking that way. Not to me at least.

This is all in my personal opinion. GLTA.

iKauai:

I subscribe this site http://lifesettlements.dealflowmedia.com/. It is free and I weekly updates. There are various links upon which one can do research. So far, I have not come across any large ($1billion) bond financing, which would be the largest that I ever heard of. But I have been out of the banking business for the last 3 years.

Like I said, I work on a couple that never came to fruition. There is a guy at CIBC/Oppenheimer who has the most knowledge that I know of. Also, Cantor Fitzgerald has a fair amount of expertise. Both are located in New York City.
