Fron an earlier post pn another thread lol BEHL the AS was raised 25% for Dennis Shen's pref shares?Thats alot of unfriendly shares coming to market.Sounds like Fisher made a big blunder giving Shen that position when they were in love lol.I guess that is the reason to funnel the business through the newly formed JV?Timing is close eh?Shen leaves,OS raised 25% and JV formed?Where is that form10 already lol.IMHO if BEHL was so transparent why are some bagholders still not aware the AS has been raised?Or when the 80 million was issued around Sept?How come there was discussion without fact about that?Transparency plus I guess lolol.I'm in this bloated pig @ 01 for fun and will take it to market then slaughter it when the sheep go to the shareholder meeting.I continue to add at a penny.
