ie...NO licence to broadcast..but they needed to know if it would interfere with other bands...ie..police..911..airport towers...and so on..the results were positive..ie..NO interference
Now I have seen with my own eyes Neustar logo and mention on the bottom page of Google press releases..not once but twice...This was a few months ago and I will try to find it and post.but it will take some time...all I am saying is that google and neustar are in cahoots...and neomedia and neustar are in cahoots
