I would like you to find me just a few stocks that you claim to have gone from no bid to a "Huge Monster" and please tell me they did not do a R/S .

Hello Mr. Epstein,

I am writing to you as a concerned investor in The Fight Zone. I have been holding many shares of this stock and have been patient with your company as you have been in the process of implementing a new business plan.

Now I have heard several disturbing news tibbits. The first was 2 weeks ago investors were in touch with the company and they were advised that there would be an update in 2 weeks. Friday was the end of the deadline. During that 2 week period we have also been advised that both of the Epsteins are no longer with this company.

Please update me to the status of the 60-90 day implementation of the new business plan, the update that was to land on our desk by Friday Feb 19th. Finally please update us as to the status of your and Jim Epstein current and future involvement in this company.

There are many patient but concerned investors that have stuck with this company but have not seen anybody and/or anyone follow through with and PR. Also Mr. Humphries does not have a recent proven track record with the business he has been operating

Yes, I've seen many do so. Personally, I don't have a lot of confidence in this company, but I'm hoping it will run for whatever reason. Good luck.
